Looks like a clean pair of H1s, but I don't think this will fit a Mini? Manifold length and angles look wrong, likely to clatter against the bulkhead.

But I stand to be corrected - have you already tried this out and does it fit OK?

Also have you checked the spacing of the stud holes are suitable for A-Series head, just not sure how the middle exhaust flange clamps?

Hi matey,

Believe these are HS2's, I bought them for my MK2 850 as a period performance mod.

Have since sold the car and never got round to fitting. They were sold to me in confidence on the MK1-forum a few years ago as being compatible with Mini.

http://www.mk1-forum...03ddf8e442f6f53

There is also a thread here from the forum that suggests this manifold was designed solely for the mini and is angled up from the inlet ports on the cylinder head specifically to clear the bulk head.

I'm currently away from home so can't physically marry the inlet to a spare head I've got so if there are any concerns with compatibility from interested parties I will get round to that as soon as I can.

Thanks

Sam

They look like H2's to me. Earlier than HS2's and look very nice indeed

Sam,

Are you sure these are H2's? Going by the flange shape they are the 1 1/8 inch bore H1s.

To be certain you can measure the internal bore diameter, ideally just after the butterfly.

I can't see these fitting with those flanges either

Hey guys thanks for all the interest and comments.

Unfortunately Im away from home for a fortnight so wont be able to do any measurements until Im back to confirm compatibility with head and bore diameter of carb.

Will update on here as soon as back.

Thanks

Sam
