I hope this gets restored. I wonder if ground find will be one the new go to phrase for eBay auctions and classified ads to get the real interest going!
Does A ‘Ground Find’ Trump A ‘Barn Find’?

A weekend with the mig welder and an oil change would have that road worthy.

I might have something like that in my front yard. There is a six cylinder engine block sticking out of the ground and I remember a driveshaft next to it when we were building the house 30 years ago. It could be from a tractor since the area was an orange grove way back when.

Where I live there was lots of coal mining activity, apparently all the plant is still down there as the cost to bring something like a JCB back up wouldn't be worth it in comparison to its used value.
