Hey guys,
I've just bought a 1380cc short a+ engine and am looking for a gearbox to go with it,ideally something rebuilt and possibly straight cut close ratio. What's out there!?

SC/CR rebuilt with an original BMC Special Tuning gearset
The set was one of the last from Mr Fowler after ST want down the pan, he the got many of the gears, I got them late 1970's.
Rebuild after 5K in a rod change box £740

I have a straight cut close ratio box. Was rebuilt about 2000 miles ag. I have only removed it because I couldnt put up with the noise any longer. I am in Essex
