Hell yeah.............Any recommendations for spraying rear light cluster?? Also do I spray inside the lens or on the outside?

The rear lights I have are Mk2 set so just covering brake/red and turn signal/orange.

Thanks

I sprayed mine from the outside with the e tech stuff, 8 years on still looked good. Went to mk2's for a change in the end!

I was thinking of doing mine, but unsure of how it would stand with the MOT rulings?

I just sprayed a spare set of mk4 lenses to look like mk2/mk3 lenses.. Thought i'd get a rough idea of what mk2/mk3 lenses would look like.

I sprayed the outside with that e-tech stuff.

Looks alright to be honest!

I did mine with some cheap stuff off Amazon, quite pleased with them  :proud: They were originally clear jewel lenses/ I sanded off the lettering and then wet-sanded them with 1500 grit. One tip I can offer is if you want it shiney then you have to spray it thick, but it will run really easily too, so I recommend spraying a thin ghost layer, followed by a thicker layer sprayed nice and evenly.

Something I should add; I have the ultimate LED rear light conversion so they're actually rather bright, no good with regular bulbs though.

Not exactly at night, but in my garage. This is with the tail lights and hazards on.
