When I start the engine und stop it 10 seconds later the big axle nut is very very hot. The alternator is a 70 Amp and brandnew from Minispares.

Someone any idea?

Thanks, I will check it.

In addition I bought two new Conti belts because I was told that some belts are getting hard when stroed too long.

The "new" belt wa "old" and the rubber too stiff. I therefore changed to a new Continental belt and ....the quietness is there.

I would never hever thought that the crazy screaming could come from the belt.
