Where can I get ignition/steering lock key blanks for a 1991 Rover SPi Japanese export model?

Not sure if the Japan cars use the same as the UK cars but I bought my recent blanks from here:

They had all the keys I needed AND had them with the plastic ends on them. I bough the ignition, door/boot, and petrol cap. All were correct and great quality.
