Interesting little Telegraph article about the auction prices of some classic (proper) minis

A beautifully restored 1963 Morris Mini Minor Super De-Luxe is estimated to sell for £5,000 to £6,000 when it is auctioned on June 17, while a slightly later 1967 Mini 850 De-Luxe in genuine unrestored condition and with only 36,000 miles is coming up for auction on July 18, estimated at £6,000 to £10,000

They'll probably both double their bottom estimates, I don't know why they still put low estimates on stuff these days.

I paid £8k for my 1963, super deluxe 6 years ago. Id be astounded if this '63 car goes for any less than that. If I had the money I'd buy that one as well!
