Did you see the first one Bobby?

Pretty gory to say the least, probably a bit more than the 2nd one, but even that was 'good'.

Do you blame them?

I like to be sure anyone coming here from O/S, especially if touring, is sure to watch these 'documentaries' :D

True story.

In 1987 our Moke Club was on a trip ding the Canning Stock Route (in WA), some of the most remotest area on Earth (2000 km between petrol pumps in those days). I wasn't on this particular trip.

At that time and in that very same region, we had a nutter here from Germany, Joseph Schwab, who was taking pot shots at other tourists and managed to murder 5 people before the alarm was raised, he was tracked down and shot dead.

For those of us back in the big smoke, we were all having kittens of course, as the club members (as planned) were out of touch for nearly 3 weeks. They also had no idea a fruit-loop was on the loose until they reached an Aboriginal Community and at that time, Mr Schweb was still at large. Where the cornered and shot him was only 12 miles away from where the Moke Club was.

The 'funny' thing is, this was all in the same region as Wolf Creek, which they did visit on their way through.
