I felt behind the waist rail stiffner and can feel surface rust on the stiffner and rear of quarter panel. What's the best way to treat this without removing them? Can I treat with krust then simply prime and paint over the top?
Plan is to have inside and out media blasted once the floor has been replaced but this will still be difficult to clear. Advise greatly received.
