Recommendations For Mini Restorer?

I have had it for 14 years (since I passed my test and didn't know a thing about cars) and have learned as I have gone along mechanically. But I am losing the will with the bodywork side of things. I just don't have the skill, knowledge, space or equipment to do what's necessary. I just can't get on top of it. I have been thinking for a while that I would just take the plunge and pay someone that knows what they are doing to strip it down and completely restore it.
A couple of things:
1) I know it's not worth it! I know I'll probably end up spending more in the restoration than it's value but I love it and want it done.
2) I know it won't come cheap. I have a bit saved up that I can throw at it BUT I do have a limit. I know the full scale of the job won't become clear until it's been stripped down so don't expect an exact quote, but I do want a rough idea.
If anyone could help me with some recommendations for someone that won't Rio me off. I don't need it doing quickly, maybe over 6 months or so.
Thanks very much, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Admin, please move to a more appropriate place if this post isn't ok here.

Top man would have to be Ben O (see his many project posts with customers cars). If money was no object, and I didn't mind sending my car to the Isle of White, that's where it would have gone.

Thanks Rich. It's a long way but I'd happily take it there if I thought it would be in safe hands. Does Ben have a website?

Either use the website above or send him a pm on here.
I can vouch for his excellent work at reasonable rates, and with the bonus of spending time on the lovely isle of Wight

Who did you have in mind Nicklouse? I asked the question on here a while back (Yorkshire Bodyshops/restorers) but drew a blank. I've already sent the car to a local place, but would be interested to hear who you recommend.

Thanks to those who recommended me.
I would be happy to give a quote for the work. My e-mail address is [email protected] if you wanted to send over some photos and a list of what you want doing.
Cheers

Not used them myself but I read good things about the Real Mini Company who are based in South Oxfordshire.

Would have to disagree with this, from first hand testimonials!
