I have an extra fuel cap fitted on the opposite side to my real one. I want to fit an Aston cap onto it but I dont have the key. Whats the best way of getting it off?

You'll probably have to butcher it I'm afraid.  Is the bodywork cut on the inside so you can get access to the underneath of it?  If so, you can try to unscrew it from underneath, some caps have two screws that undo and the whole thing comes apart.

 

If you do have to get brutal with it, be careful to not deform the (fake) filler neck, you want the cap to sit flush, even if it is just a dummy!

Big pair of pipe grips and rotate the cap and it should break off or flathead screwdriver in the lock and turn with pipe grips will get the cap off

I managed to screw it out from the inside and fit it all on backwards
