I fabbed up some steel ones for the rear of mine.
but there are so many different ones out there it is rare to need to go that far.
even for Project Binky they have so far only modded so existing arches.

Dare I say it, but does anyone else think the Binky wheelarches may let the car down a little? I don't know if it's because all the metal fab work is so impressive, that the modified sportpack arches look a little bit out of place. Can't help think it would have been better with some off-the-shelf wide arches. Like all things Mini, each to their own I suppose.

+they are also keen to keep it as original as possible.I think they did a good job of them and kinda goes with the oem+ look of the build

😂
You could always carve some out of expansive foam straight on the car and then make some out of fiberglass.

You can buy polyurethane foam in sheets then bond it to the car then carve to shape then fibreglass directly on top of the foam and to the car then You can dig out the foam from underneath .
Just like making a surf board .
I have some photos somewhere?

I know what you guys are saying about binky, but the arches do look a bit wavy in places and I'm not sure how good they'll look after final paint, compared to the quality of the rest of the car.
