Hi all. Im after recommendations please for someone in or around Suffolk to recondition my engine for my 1978 pick up. Its been standing for about ten years after being removed for what proved to be a big resto project, now there is light at the end of the tunnel Im need to think about the engine!

Provided that you had reasonable oil pressure, just change the water pump and valve springs.
