Is that to mount them without the lamp bar or do I need to use these as well? Cheers

This might help.

What I did with mine was drill through the lip that the bumper is attached to and and just attach them like that.

Another way of doing it which is probably better would be to attach them to the bumper, depending on how willing you are to drill through it.
3 bits of right angle steel or alluminum attached to the bumper (one left, middle on right side of the bumper), with holes drilled on the top to attach the metal bar to. This can then hold your spotlights by drilling through the metal bar where ever you want to attach the spotlight.

These attach to the bumper https://rover.ebay.c...tm/123084943711

This sits on top of the bracket for the spotlights to be attached to https://rover.ebay.c...tm/281318648379

Doing it this way will mean that you don't need to drill through the actual body of the car. All props given to Cooperman for that one!

And I never actually answered your question, the brackets I linked will attach to the valance, the lip that bumper is attached to. The prongs go through the grille but I'm not actually too sure what they should attach to.. then of course the top hole is to attach the spotlight to
