Anyone fitted two speed wipers to an Elf? My wiper spindles are going to have to be cut off for the re-spray because they're seized. It's 1968 so I think 22 teeth gears in the wheelbases. New ones are £50+ each!!! The later type 32 teeth are cheaper, so I'm wondering if the sweep angle etc is the same, and if it's easy enough to just swap the whole system for the newer type? So - are the angles the same with a 22 and 32 gear wheel box, and can I put the newer system in as a whole?

I don't think the wiper boss positions changed. If that is the same later wipers will fit. The sweep is also down to drive pin location on the motor wheel box. There are various options and multi position ones available
