Started aligning my scuttle to wing, do you cut the wing so it drops down further to make the wing/scuttle panel more level.

 

At the moment my wing is sitting higher than the scuttle, by the thickness of the steel, i know the wing needs coming up further to the scuttle yet, its just clamped on

Trim the corner off the wing tad where it overlaps the scuttle, then try again.
