The rubber mount on one of my mirrors has been caught and has split around the screws going into the door. After looking it doesn't seem that I can buy just the rubber bit which is a shame as the mirror is perfect!!

I'm wondering if anyone can tell me if the link below will look off against the original mirror on the other side. Am I better to buy a pair? If anyone has these then a review of them is appreciated!

I'm not sure I understand what this rubber mount is?  Is there a piece of rubber that sits between the mirror and the door to protect it?  If so then could you maybe cut a piece out of a bike inner tube to replace it?

Sorry poor explanation from me! I mean the part on the left of this picture which the screws go through and into the door and the mirror itself bolts to.

It is one part, would probably cost the same to just get half of it.
They are a good quality, I got some not long ago, but maybe change both as your original might be a bit worn (plastic fade) and will look more tidy that way.
Keep as a spare altho you always need the one you don't have... ?

Thanks for the advice! Will order the pair. Can’t justify the price of the genuine ones if these do the job.

Quick follow up to this.

I fitted the Minispares mirrors as mentioned above this afternoon and I am well happy with them. Picture of the result below.
