Hi,

 

I have just returned form the annual Autorama on Wollaton Park Nottingham and managed to speak to a few classic Mini owners who advised I try here.

 

I am trying to track down my '69 Morris Cooper 998, registration COY 948H

 

My late grandfather bought it new in Surrey and drove it until he passed it to me in completely original form in about '83 and I brought it up to Nottingham

 

I sold it in Nottingham in about '87.

 

I would love to know what happened to it and if it is still owned. Is there a register for original Coopers?

 

I have tried MOT and SORN sites. Vehicle tax site says next due 2001.
