Ive loosened on the clutch housing (look like 13mm bolts) ( about 5 bolts around the diameter of the housing),  as I was going to take the clutch out, ive not touched anything else,

 

ive since learnt it had a clutch recently fitted so don't need to, my question is will it all still be lined up ????? thanks in advance

well the housing "wok" is held on by 8 bolts and they are either 7/16" AF or 1/2" AF headed 5/16 unc bolts is this what you mean? it is just a cover.

oh sorry  I did explain well enough, yes ive got the cover off (wok) this is actually on the clutch itself that im talking about, thanks

There should be no issue in just re tightening the the 'wok bolts if that's what you're referring to. No more than about 18 ft lb though as otherwise you risk stripping the threads in the alloy.

Clutch plate sits on a splined shaft so wont go out of alignment like a normal car.

 

If you are rebuilding a recently acquired project then I would not trust the previous owner/builder and strip the engine and gearbox to see what gremlins there are or not.

im pointing to where I mean,if ive undone these then re tightened will it still be lined up ok??

As long as all the bolts have been loosened equally, should be fine. I would personally use new spring washers for peace of mind, but that's just me.

That particular setup is okay as the hub assembly is built into the pressure plate which sits on the taper of the end of be crank so you will be fine
