Hey all, found the forum a while back when looking at getting a classic mini but never registered (or got the mini).

Should be picking up a 1990 model this weekend all going well. Hope to get some good tips and tricks from you all.

This will be mini number 5 (first in 18 years) for me but sadly never got the others finished.

1st a black deseamed 998cc
2nd a brown automatic donor car
3rd a blue with a 1750 maxi engine
4th orange city e, resprayed nightfire red buckets and roll cage, 1100cc and mg metro engines. This had to be sold after crashing my daily driver and needed funds.

The next is hopefully a 998cc but listed as 1275, so not sure if engine replacement or just new head. Pretty much basic mods from what I can see.wish me luck.

I've picked up 1990 mayfair, it has 1275 engine, stage 1 kit I believe.
