I have a ‘92 1275 Auto on carb (Fueling : HIF38 MAC10032, AEM Needle, Red Spring) that I will be fitting into a Jiffy truck.
So I have fitted an LCB manifold, K&N element and a alloy inlet and first start up and tick over has been fine; sitting on a piece of worktop on the floor.
I intend now to strip, clean and paint the whole subframe and engine assembly but need to change needle or anything else before I start the clean up?
I need to do everything on the floor because when installed the carb will be under the bulkhead with limited access through a hole in the cab.
