Great progress and ace dog :D

Adblock plus is your friend - it's free, it works, it's free, easy to down load, it's free, they don't bother you with offers and spam, it's free - what's not to like.

Here's some figures for you. I installed it about three years ago because it was becoming impossible to use ebay there were that many ads slowing things down, after install absolutely perfect, one ebay page produced 27 ads. There's a totaliser up on the task bar for how many ads have been blocked, it's currently running at over 2 MILLION O_O  I use my PC a lot :shy:

Some progress this weekend I managed a few hours in between other jobs to get the hinge panel in. I forgot to take pics but here is it all cleaned back after plug welds.

Welded in and Etch primed.

Still need to grind some welds down but here it is all in, the door gaps a nice as well.

Well apart from cleaning a few bits up, we are now playing with the fitment of the flitch repair panel. I want to get hold of an A-panel before going any further...

Well not a big update as of late but we spent some time over the weekend getting some of the old sound deadening off to have a good look at the floors, we think they are savable so that is now the plan one to save much needed money and two so that we don't do any unnecessary cutting to the car.

Next is get the rear subframe off and and see how bad that heel board is before ordering some floor panels for the passenger side.

Has anyone had any experience with heel board repair panels?

If so which are the better ones to go for M-machine seems my bet but other option is magnum :mmkay:

I opted for the whole panel, thought it would be a better job in the long run. Was an M Machine panel I think even though I bought it from minispares. Think it was only about 50 quid

I had the heel repair panels on mine. Both magnum panels. Never had any issues with them.

So far I've had no issues with M-Machine panels I've used. Be careful though, across their range the catalogue contains a mixture of Heritage, Magnum, and their own, but doesn't tell you who makes what panels. So when ordering make sure you check who makes the panel you're buying so you know what you're getting. Have never had any fit issues with the panels they manufacture themselves.
