Hi all,
I'm sure this question has been asked before but hopefully you don't mind me asking agian. Would 12x5.5 wheels fit on a 1986 Mini, the current wheels are 12x4.5 with room to spare around them they also have an offset of around +35 if i calculated correctly. The wheels i am interested in have an offset of +10. The mini has had the suspension redone however this has not affected ride height to my knowledge.

Yes, they will fit on the car. However they'll stick out 38mm further than they do now, so you may need to get some wider wheel arches to cover the tyres

In your opinion are group 2 arches sufficient?

yes group 2 ok have them on mine 5.5 wheels stick out a bit tho not much. ultralite do a -20 so 10mm less stick out
