Are These Valve Springs Correct

Just fitted my head but noticed a couple of the springs protrude from the cap. Is it OK??

Doesn't look normal....could be a bit of camera effect, can you measure the spring diameter and the caps ?
I would say standard poundage springs should stick out less than 0.5mm
The caps look very plain almost home made
