Hmm maybe I better replace my pump, I wonder if it's not pumping or just cavitating around

Just try another thermostat first, and give the cooling system a damn good cleanout and backflush. Cheapest and easiest options first!

 

A blanking sleeve isn't a fix it's a cover up and could make things worse as your engine won't maintain a stable operating temperature.
