Can you post the dimensions of the Mini grease tube, maybe one or more of us can knock-up something similar to do the job.

Had enough of fitting cheap & nasty plastic tubes & then filling the complete arm with grease!

 

Have you manged to make up something that did the job?

 

I'm wondering if copper pipe could be made to work? or even come PVC pipe

Catmint is re-manufacturing these in stainless steel;-

I've made them with O rings, this prevents the arm filling with grease and if doing creek crossings and he like, stops water finding it's way in to the shaft and bearings;-

Those tubes you made look really good. I've seen the ones from catmint too. They also look good.

 

I am also looking at some quick and simple DIY options, like 25mm pvc pipe with the coupling on one end like this:

 

The coupling can also move on the pvc to hopefully create a tighter seal against the bearing and bush
