With an aftermarket electronic ignition should you fit resistor type plugs?
If you dont I assume its only the radio thats affected?

most of the time the leads suppress any noise anyway. the ignition type has little bearing on anything. it is more dependent on the leads.

non resistor plugs will interfere with ECU's even with resistive leads,
I tried nonresistor plugs on my efi 7 port and it kept clobbering the ECU so it kept resetting.

I've always ran R plugs. Not had anything standard in the last 3 decades so always 7s. NGK BPR7ES for me.

Completely standard 998 but with the aftermarket electronic ignition
Think it has Bosch R6 at the mo.

NGK BP6ES gapped at 0.035" will work fine for you

Electronic ignition and programmable ignition are two different things. It may be that electronic ignition does not require the R plugs since it is likely the coil has a condenser fitted and the electronics are very simple. If there is any sort of ECU that is using a variable reluctance crank position sensor, then the story is very different and R plugs are a must for reliable operation.
