Only you can know the costs involved in getting anything modified and/or made over there to decide whether that is cheaper than just fitting a mass produced ‘off the shelf’ part.
In U.K. it would be no contest - buy the system you want and fit it. The labour involved in making something to fit would be far more expensive. Even if you could do it yourself, the hassle would outweigh the cost (for me).

Could always buy some 1.75" pipes, and 2 mufflers. Might work out cheaper.
