Ok simple question which will give many answers.

 

the crotch strap. "how" did you mount the eyes. Ok I know how to mount them but more of a where. as in how far behind the seat hole and how far apart.

 

given that the MSA regs are

and seat is only 40mm off the floor.... the clips will almost be through the seat base. should be ok but lets see.

With only 40mm height to play with, I think your choice will be slim - directly under hole or slightly biased towards the front or back of it.  Anything more and you'll be out of spec and the hardware will catch on the hole.
