Hi, time to replace the pin stripe decals , does any one have any useful hints for removing the old stripes? Mine do look as if they will lift with the help of some polish, and obviously I don't want to damage the paint work , whist at the same time create a good clean surface for the new decals.

Gently heat them with a hot air gun or hair dryer and they should peel right off.
Clean off any residue with a panel degreaser but don'e wax/polish the paint before putting the new ones on or they won't stick properly
