I think you’d struggle to get them to seat without a bead cheater. They’d be very stretched.
I run 145 on 5x10” an the rear of my autotest car and struggle to fit them.

I reckon you'd be able to stretch them on.
Do the flame trick to get them seated. Scary but works a treat.

Could you fit them? -Anything is possible with enough force & ignorance.
Would they be safe? -NO !
145 tyres aren't even recommended for 5" wide wheels

It's your Mini -if you are prepared to risk crashing the car rather than buying wider tyres it's entirely up to you.
