I'm considering upgrading the 4 fuse fuse box to take blade fuses but i have noticed that the highest standard fuse on a Mini is 35 amp and it appears that a 35amp blade fuse is not available only 30 or 40 amp.
If this is the case would I go with a 30 or a 40 amp fuse?
Cheers.

I've gone from the old 2 fuse to a 6 Blade Fuse box. Off hand, I think the biggest fuse in there is a 10 amp.

Some interesting yet daunting reading.
So,as a result I will either remove and clean or replace the standard fuse box OR fit a 'plug n play' system made by Wired by Wilson.
This is a nice neat alternative, has anyone had the pleasure of fitting one?

I can highly recommend Wired by Wilson fuse box I simply sent David a picture of my old fuse box, he then made one with two extra fuses for stereo and USB/cigarette lighter socket and if was a straight swop.
