You need to check and measure, replace where worn out. Some parts can be salvaged by re machining like valve tips and seats. Guides etc may also need attention, however pointless talking about it, get the components out first, then inspect and decide what you need to machine and or replace. I can help with inspection if you can get to Salisbury.

Hmmmmm time constraints on more videos, some day I will do some but for now I have too much work! I have people drive from other countries for me to work on their engines. A couple of hours drive should be considered and investment.
