Agricultural Machinery/Tractor black paint is about the best you can get.
Not expensive either. 1 litre costs about £25 and will cover a lot of parts.

ive use to use hammerite smooth black on everything but then i read about POR 15 is it as good as it sounds or not,seen the good people of internet both loving it and hating it.someone here using it ?

I have sandblasted then powder coat .
Alternatively, I found the POR 15 paint to be extremely strong. Googled it and seems Frost carries it. Expensive but worth every penny.
