Ok, found it.
Its the German version I found (swiss-german) from my girlfriends mpi but I suppose it's the same.
It has 90 numbered pages (cover is page -1 and 0) then it has a blank page then the back cover page. So technically it has 96 I suppose, but numbered pages go from 1 to 90. 89-90 is the 'glossary'

Hope this helps? And just say if you need this in French or a few pictures and I'll translate this by pm or something...

Oh and it's in 174mm/149mm format, whatever that is...

the format is 174X149 mm not 210X148 mm?

Please can you post pictures of the reverse of the cover page and the page one and the last page?
