Thanks for the replies, very helpful.
Ive refitted the floor, clamped it to the heel board, seat support bracket, pushed it down onto the subframe to arch brackets.
Ive then clamped the floor in the corners to the rear quarter panel.
The fit is excellent around the arches, the subframe bracket holes dont quite match to the centre of the holes in the boot floor but I will worry about that when I have the subframe on to check positioning.
Now Im left with a gap between bootfloor and hinge panel
I can pull this closed with minimal pressure, however I can see that the hinge panel moves when I do that.
It change the dimensions of the boot opening by +2 mm
The hinge panel is a replacement and the boot floor had many patches and a repair panel which is where I think that the lip lost its downward slope.
I will have a go at adding a bend back into the hinge panel before clamping it all back together.
More questions regarding the position of the floor. The boot floor has a couple of cut outs that appear to sit above the rear arch lip and the rear panel seam
Should the cut out shown in blue sit over the top of the rear seam?
Close up pic of the area greatly appreciated
