I have just started a full restoration of a 1980 mini van. It’s generally solid but I would like to replace the full floor. I have searched the internet but only seem to be able to find a full floor for earlier models. Can anyone tell me if this panel is available for my model year please?

Someone will be along shortly who knows more than me but I recall M-Machine do them to order and are your best bet for panels.
Becoming a TMF+ member is a good idea too... ?

Hi,

There's more than one way to do this.

You can fit the m machine floor or a heritage saloon floor with the extension piece on the back. The second one is how they were built in the factory.

By going for the extension panel you have to fit the sills afterwards, I don't know if the m machine floor comes ready built with the sills on it?

The Mk1 van full floor was recently introduced by Magnum.....you could always cut/weld your rod change front tunnel section into the replacement Mk1 floor, it was quite a common mod in the late 1970's when fitting a rod change to an early car.
