Inspired by the previous post re sill flanges, anyone know of some literature out there that would be the haynes manual equivalent specific to classic mini bodywork repairs?

 

Notably panel replacement and how to properly get it to fit, and all those things you wonder when you got that panel in front of you... without rusting in the future or poor bodges.

 

The idea is essentially to get it right first time..

There was a Haynes classic mini restoration manual,I have a copy somewhere, but to be honest you get better info, advice and photos on here. Have a look at Project Paddy in the saloon section, he goes to great lengths to explain and show what he's done

Nick I think you posted a link to another website for car restoration. On the site one guy went through making panels for cars and welding them in etc. Pretty much car resto porn. Can’t remember what the site was. Any ideas?
