As per title.

Looking for a good stage 3 ( ported, flowed with big valves etc).

Ideally cambers size is 23.5cc for a 1330cc engine with EVO001 cam.

Drilled for 11 studs would be a bonus too.

I have and he’s not taking on any work in the forseeable future.

I would recommend Keith Calver of CalverST. I got a fantastic modified head off him after both Turbo Phill and Robwalker Engineering said they wern't taking on cylinder head work anymore.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I think that’s a little too big for my engine.

I need to get to 23.5cc so that’s a little too big to skim back.

Which model head was that? (part number or model name), and did you do anything else to the 998?
