I'm starting to plan an engine rebuild. Does anybody know what compression ratio a Jap market 1998 SPI would have?

Hey Bobbins,
Thanks for the link. Well worth the read. My 8th character in the Vin number is a Y which suggests it is high compression @ 10 to 1. That is good news because my SC head and ECU in conjunction with that compression ratio should wake things up a bit. Regards Waz
