This guy has been doing this for ages on eBay. I have no idea how he keeps getting away with it. The auctions generally do get taken down fairly quickly, but more reappear. I've reported his auctions several times.

If it's the green moke the link has been removed by eBay.

The other 1021 vehicles he claims to be selling are still listed.

Bit hard not to know it's a scam when you look closely ....

Item location: United Kingdo m, Italy

Please contact my father directly at : ******[email protected]
ITEM IS BASED IN UK , with all the paperwork in original ( MOT is up to date )
LISTING ON BEHALF OF MY FATHER . HE IS NOT ON EBAY

I keep getting Emails from the hacked account of someone i knew years ago-

Has been doing it for years, with varying user ID's. I report a handful of them every now and then. I can understand it's hard for ebay to police, but when it's so blatant, and he's obvously having some success with stealing deposits, how has it never been escalated to the police, to the point where he is tracked down and prosecuted? People must be paying deposits to a bank account, or Paypal account so it must be traceable.

even thou this guy is blatant & still gets away with it

Different (hijacked) eBay ID, different (hijacked) Gmail address -but the same Scammer, now showing 1,166 vehicles & he's varied the starting bids so you can't spot them all easily.

Ebay have already moved in and shut that one down.

Looks like they're on the case, but the guy is so persistent it's like whack-a-mole.
