So, after many years of wanting one, I finally bought my first mini! I already have nearly 30 cars in the collection  including Metros, Rovers, MGs, Land Rovers and a Triumph so it was only a matter of time. Im sure itll be slow progress especially given what I have!

A facebook market place advert came up of a Mini shell that had been blasted but was too far gone for the person who owned it. So i went and picked it up and to be fair its not too bad! It came with V5 and logbook and thats about it!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My plan was to get it sorted and then start buying parts to build it, but then another facebook advert brought up this which i also snapped up!

 

 

 

 

 

 

So now I have a parts donor!

And yes I have 2 trailers LOL

Hopefully I can update this sooner rather than later!

So its been a while.....

The blasted shell has been hanging from my roof inside my workshop ever since. Nothings happened with it.

Then last month I got a message offering me another mini! 

Safe to say i got it bought....

I've got my work cut out but im looking forward to getting it back on the road. 

Thoughts so far are to get it road legal and run it as it is. I dont have the beer tokens to have it properly painted yet so itll probably get a rattle can or two over the primer'd bits for now.....
