I'm hoping to improve my sound deadening so that I don't have to use the noise cancelling headphones on longer trips.  Also, there are a few rattles (heater, stalks, window) which need to be sorted.

I've done it!  Sound deadening foam now added to the inside under the carpets and behind the dash.  It's a big improvement.

Boot board - just completed!
New disks/pads up front, uprated water pump & supplemental electric fan designed by MiniSpares, all to be completed in the coming weeks ready for 60th b'day celebrations around the country throughout the year.....can't wait!

What foam did you use? and did you manage to stop your heater rattling because mine does too.

I don't about the foam, because I paid a professional to do the job!  As for the heater, it has stopped rattling.  The two screws holding the front on were slightly loose.
