Not so far. Been sidetracked by wiper motor failure, with wiring block rusted in situ and prepping wheels for new tyres to be fitted at the weekend. Think the metal joiner is going to be the difficult bit. Finding something small enough and strong enough....

If it was my car I'd just fit a non cat link pipe.

As for your wiring issues you can get repair looms

Good idea, but as its my daughters and she wants it done 'right' a repair is the only way. I had also looked at replacing the loom and starting again, but at £250, felt that was a bit strong - as long as I can actually fix the problemsI find!

It will work and is a proper repair if done right
