Long list of details... but nothing about rust/bubbles, condition of sills (and whether overs or proper), condition of floors, boot, subframes...

Hi,

Thank you for your interest! The mini has had some welding done in the usual areas. I cant weld, so all welding has been done by the MOT garage. I have had the boot floor (where it meets the rear valance done- the rest of the boot floor is fine) inside A piller/footwells done and under the rear seats (by the rear subframe) done. I have pictures of all areas for a serious buyer

I have gone high end with most components and spent loads on any repair work needed- the welding above cost over £400 . I wasn't ever planning to sell the Mini but I needed a larger family car.

In a nutshell:
Got the car in 2011- engine piston rings had gone so in early 2012 had the engine replaced by a company for a 1275 metro engine
Found rust on the front wings and valance, so decided to have the arches widened and get the car repainted- at this stage the wings and valance rust was fixed
put the car together again and sent the car for the MOT which found the above rust which was fixed. The car is not a daily driver so is dry stored when not in use.

After this I set about upgrading the interior and suspension over the next few years and not really used it for the past 2.5 years other than to take it for a MOT and to take it out round the block to keep the internals lubricated and moving - I think in this time I have done 60 miles max. the last two MOT have passed fine.

Happy for people to view or provide pictures for serious buyers
