[mini-reub]

Hey everyone, a few weeks back on the way to work I had an accident in my mini which resulted in me hitting the barrier on the motorway. It was relatively low speed, no-one was hurt and the car is insured.

 

I spent 5 years restoring it from a rusty barn-find, replacing most of the panels, painting and rebuilding the engine. As you can imagine, i'm gutted!

 

I've attached some pics for you to see the damage, but in summary it's along the nearside:

• front wing
• door
• rear quarter
• rear panel

My insurance company is happy for me to use a repairer of my choice, so please could i get some recommendations on where to take it, preferably in or close to Kent?

This is something I could take on and have done classic car insurance jobs in the past including a member on here.

 

Only hitch is i'm based on the Isle of Wight but the one i did for a member on here came from Tonbridge Wells.

I am with Adrian Flux insurers and they were fine with me using Ben to carry out the repairs,Ben as always did a great job and did it at a time that suited me. It’s also a good opportunity to spend some time on the Isle of Wight for a little break.
