Edit due to change of plans:

OK guys, i'll put this forward, if there is enough interest and I haven't sold the complete setup in the meantime:
And if I do go this way i'll keep the bottom end and box.

Head: £625
(provisionally sold)

Bosch wideband lambda sensor & controller (no gauge) nearly new: £120

Injection/electronics package: £700
> Microsquirt + all sensors, trigger wheel, 3-bar MAP sensor, idle air valve.
> Custom injection manifold & throttle body, 2x genuine Bosch green giant injectors (new)
> EDIS ignition module & coil pack
> You will need a new microsquirt loom and to buy TunerStudio. Setup can be run N/A or boosted.

- Electronic boost controller & solenoid: £85

(LD Performance OLED)

- Garrett T3 turbo + Metro turbo manifold + AvonBar oil feed + drain pipe & drain plate: £300
> PLUS selection of silicone tubes, aluminium tubes, dump valve and the intercooler.

- Avonbar Phase 2 cam & followers: £140

- Exhaust, complete turbo-back 2.5" (downpipe, flexy, straight, back box, mounts) stainless centre exit, Lambda boss: £220

BUT... will not start to split until most is agreed.
prices are for collection, cant ship exhaust.

Due to an impending upgrade, I am selling my complete injected turbo system.

£4000, will not split.

The engine has covered approximately 500 miles since building, and is still in the car.

You could not build an engine/box of this spec for the price, you certainly couldn't have one built!
The head alone would cost circa £1250 from MED.

>> Will consider a PX for another A+ engine & box, preferably 1380.
Cash on collection, based near Derby/ Donington Park.
No warranty given or implied.

Specifications.
Engine:
- 1310cc A+ Metro turbo block, acid stripped, refaced and rebored, new cam bearings, quality paint.
- +0.040" OMEGA cast pistons 10.5cc dished, machined and supplied by Avon Bar
- Avon Bar Phase 2 Cam & followers

Duplex vernier timing gear.
- MED "FIS" Forced induction special Cylinder head (36/32mm valves & serious porting)
- 8.5:1 CR
- Garrett T3 Metro Turbo
- Complete custom injection manifold, 2x Bosch green giant 440cc injectors
- 48mm DeLlorto throttle body
- Renault 5 Turbo intercooler and BOV
- TVR Chimaera foam air filter
+ all ancillaries except radiator

Exhaust:
- 2.5" turbo-back custom stainless exhaust (Centre exit)

Gearbox:
- Metro Turbo box, rebuilt with...
- MED "Clubman" Straight cut gearset (helical drops)
- MED X-Pin diff
- AP solid racing clutch (Verto)
- 3.2:1 final drive

Electronics:
- Microsquirt ECU, all sensors & trigger wheel
- Start-idle-air valve
- EDIS ignition (no Distributor)
- Electronic boost controller
- Bosch Wide-band Lambda sensor + Spartan controller

Was it the head I sold you mate? I'm half interested in buying it back if you split.

What about splitting it out into bulk units? The box, engine, head minus the electrics and ancillaries? As it's pretty much what I'm planning to build.

Yeah its a possibility, but Its worth more as a complete running package, as its all built to work together. I'm not in a rush.

Unless you want to offer me a "number I can't refuse" for the head ;-)

Completely unrelated to the sale, do you have a build thread? I'd like to know most about your experience with the Microsquirt system on a 5-port head.

Not a build thread as such, just a complete youtube channel :-)

Due to the distance of the injectors from the head (They arent mounted firing directly into the ports) the mixture is quite even by the time it reaches the valves so I havent been seeing anything that i'd blame on charge robbing - It has however been VERY tricky to tune.

Great, thanks! I'll take a look. The 'electric carb' approach seems to be a safe option with the 5-port.

I might be interested in the electronics if you would be willing to split.

If I had ENOUGH interest in EVERY part of the setup, I may split it, but depends what you mean by "The electronics" as I wouldnt want to just sell the ECU, i would want to sell the complete injection system, throttle body/intake, ecu, sensors, lambda/controller/boost controller as one lot as its all been set up to work together.

I think the best way to sell would be to split. I mean if you think about it you have less chance someone rocking up with a massive chunk of cash. People just don’t tend to spend that in one go on a project, I mean you do, but you just don’t realise that the total added up to so much :)
