Any Engineers Who Could Quote To Make Some Parts?

Are there any engineers on here that could quote to make some custom parts for me?
I am working on a supercharger conversion for my R1 engine that's going into my mini. I have designed an assembly to allow me to attach a belt to the crank to power the charger. I've 3D printed the parts to check the concept and all looks good.
Three of the parts could be turned on a lathe I believe and I can supply technical drawings along with CAD renders.
The main part will need to be CNC machined due to the complicated shape. Again I can supply accurate cad model.
More info here on my blog of what I aiming to achieve.

Before anyone says I know it's an ambitious project and I've got to modify the engine to cope with the extra power along with drivetrain etc...I am having the engine rebuilt and blueprinted this year to suit.
Thanks..
Luke

I don't think that to be too ambitious. Are you thinking of cutting the housing from a billet or a casting?
You clearly have ample skill if you have printed a mock-up. Shame that you are the other side of the country, you could use my Bridgeport series 1 CNC.
The lathe work should be no problem, sadly I don't have the time to help as I am retired.

Thanks for the vote of confidence!
I would need some guidance on whether machining billet or from a casting would be best. I had assumed from billet but I am not a machinist or engineer so would be guessing.
Thanks for replying and for the kind offer.

I might be able to machine that on my CNC... looks as thought its all simple pocket cuts from one side of a lump of billet ?
I also know a thing or two about R1's in minis....
Ive also got 2 PRUSA mk 3's if you need help on any more mock up prints
:)

That would be a great if it's possible and your knowledge of an R1 mini would be invaluable!
I'm happy to share the CAD files with you so you can take a look at it.

Hello,
I know this is quite an old thread and I do not really have something to provide exactly for this project but generally I share all my 3d-CAD-reverse engineering files on GRABCAD. Most of the parts I design are Mini-related. I design them in FreeCAD which is as the name implies free as I do not any more have access to CATIA V5 which I learned at TH Cologne. Perhaps someone can find some useful designs there.

Kind regards,
