I’m having trouble with it’s year and hope someone can help narrow it down.
Has hydrolastic subframes, but no motor, body tags or number plates.
Here’s some pictures, it’s rust free, only light surface on the floor, very straight body, no dents.
Complete interior etc
Any help would be appreciated.

The glass codes depends on who made them. So see what the maker is and then google their "name" glass code.

I'd need to check, but it doesn't appear original trim for a Deluxe, it does appear later.
The 3 Dial Central Cluster also isn't original.
Deluxes were made from 1965 to early 1969. It replaced the Morris 850 and it in turn was replaced by the Mini K. While we did have a Deluxe here, we never had a Super Deluxe.
Have a look at the wiper motor as Nick suggested for starters, the early Deluxes up to somewhere in 67 had Lucas UK Wiper Motors, then they went over to the Australian Lucas. They are completely different in appearance.
All the Lucas Electrical parts, even the Fuse Block, will be date stamped. Have a look at all of them as some will likely have been changed This will give a guide, add around 2 - 5 months to those dates and you'd have an approximate build date.

Seeing as the wiper arms park on the drivers side I think that makes it 1968 or earlier (they started the Deluxe in 1965). There might be a number stamped in the firewall, and one on the radiator shroud.
It's definitely had some mods over the years

The door cards look right for early deluxe, not 100% sure on the seats but I think they may be right as well.
Its definitely had some mods over the years though. Great looking project, have fun.

Right, it’s a 66. Found it on the side of the fuse box.
no. it is there for not earlier than a 66. you really need a few more date ID parts.

Yes, Vehicle Identification Number. Is the VIN tag a local one from when it was imported to NZ?
My friend works at the local vehicle testing office, was able to run the number for me.
