Well i had a visit from an English speaking gent with a van full of them.

now having seen the prices that they advertise them at i was no way i was going to give him what he was asking.

now i was also in the market for another roll cab that i wanted to put my power tools in. i thought why not.

I gave him an offer and decided that if he wanted to sell he would. so 300 Euro later i have this.

quality seems OK  but not great. it gives me some sizes i did not have and many duplicates and some odd sizes. the plating seems ok but not a hard one like the top level Halfords  defiantly in the loaner category.

not really suitable for a top box but has a useful "work area" oh it is all metric. certainly ok for someone looking for a starter kit.

I once had a chap knock on the door with a van full of tool boxes and welders. He claimed someone had recommended me to him as a potential customer. It was very attractive stuff but I didn't really want more tools. He was desperate to sell me something and kept dropping the price, which raised my suspicions. I bought nothing and after he left I phoned the police. Turned out the police were after him and were grateful for me telling them where he was operating.

Confirmed my policy of never buying from someone who knocks on the door.

I’ve seen a few of these sets lately on eBay ....gumtree...and other selling sites under this name and other names so I guess they may be being mass produced in the Far East ?

correct. you will also see them in the DIY stores. I put the level of quality as OK and loaner. not actually got around to using any yet as... i do have better tools but will be using some over the weekend so will give feed back for any interested parties.

Even cheap stuff has some good uses though.

Need an ad-hoc drift, chisel or wedge??  Cheap screwdriver is there for you

Need a 17.5mm socket for an old knackered bolt??  Cheap socket and a hammer is what you need

Looks good enough to put in the back of the van to take to the track. Do the plastic liners come out of the draws? I assume it came with the tools?

yes and yes.

a few comments. all metric

no PZ screwdrivers just PH

the spanners are non reversible

the direction lever on the ratchets is wrong if your other ratchets are Snap-on they are also not small.

there are different size cabs out there with more or less shelves and more or less tools.

so far not shabby.

Don’t understand, why would the spanners need to be reversible?

Ratchet spanners I guess, handy if they're reversible.
